Your husband simply hates vegetables! You've nagged, coaxed and tried many other ways trying to talk him into eating more healthy foods but he just wouldn't budge. Don't be discouraged. Joining me today is chef Missy Chase Lapine, author of the Sneaky Chef. She is here today to teach us how to cheat on your man, in the kitchen of course.

re your 'flax seed' article... the most important information i.e.: how much flax seed to use in a day? is not given !

I like the white bean idea! I've never tried that b4! wonder how it tastes different from chick pea?

dave - that shouldn't be a recommendation for flaxseed. it's only seeds - not drugs! i use them on my salad most of the time - to replace sesame seeds. the white bean idea is great!

Dave -there may not be a recommendation for flax but I recommend to you no more than 1 Tbsp a day because it gives people diarrhea. It sure does that to me so try a bit at a time first!
