Hello, I have just started the 5 factor diet apprx 2.5 weeks ago and have noticed that with the increased organic and fibre intake, my stomach blows up like a balloon and I have a hard time fitting into my pants sometimes. Is this normal?

I have been told to stay away from caffeine because I have fibrocystic breasts during a 28-day cycle. Should I avoid green or black tea also? Even though these teas have cancer fighting properties? Also, should I stay away from Soy products? I was thinking of taking a soy based protein drink but I am not sure this would be healthy for me. I am 47 years old and perimenopausal.

Hi Dear, I am a chronic constipator. I am seriously trying to take care of the problem so I have increased my water and fibre intake. I have started having a bowel movement at least once a day. However, the movement is very loose (almost like diarreah)and is just a very small amount and I always feel like there is more. Is this normal?

I've been drinking green tea for a long time because of its anti-oxident quality. Until recently, I added milk as a coolant and for taste and vitamins. Then someone pointed out that milk destroys anti-oxidants. Is this correct?
