Very nice Gloria. I am just as surprised as Wayne was in the interview about being able to lose 15 pounds a year just by cutting out 1 can of pop a day! Wow! I am definitely going to cut down on my pop consumption.

Me too. I can't believe that my frequent pop drinking is making me gain weight!!! Time to drink something else.

I'd cut out my weekly couple cups of latte (with caramel topping) and lost 5 lbs, not to mention $500+ of savings (after tax dollars!).
